Galatasaray have finalized a significant transfer agreement to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli, marking a major coup in the transfer window. The club-to-club deal is complete, with paperwork now being exchanged and both parties aiming to finalize signatures this week.

Galatasaray will pay 40 million euros upfront, followed by 35 million euros next year, alongside a performance-based goals bonus and a 10% sell-on clause on future profits. Napoli have also insisted on a penalty clause to prevent Osimhen’s transfer to any Italian club for two years, ensuring protection against rival interest.

Following Osimhen’s impressive loan stint last season, where he scored 37 goals and provided eight assists in 41 matches, Galatasaray are banking on the forward to lead their attack and bolster their title ambitions.
